UACDL offers annual memberships to private attorneys, public defenders, and select others. Joining UACDL gives you access to UACDL’s seminars, its brief bank, and recordings of select past-presentations to view at your leisure or purchase as on-demand CLEs. Attorneys who join UACDL also get access to its members-only forum.
Access to UACDL’s Criminal Defense CLEs
UACDL is the premier source of defense-related legal education in Utah. We feature local and national presenters speaking on a range of criminal defense topics.
You can see a list of our upcoming seminars here.
Members-only Forum
UACDL also gives attorney-members access to its forum. UACDL’s forum is a listserv that allows members to email the forum email, which sends the email out to all other participating members. Members can get input on complicated fact-patterns, brainstorm issues, and build off of each other’s experiences and insights. The forum is active, collaborative, and friendly. It averages to about 5-10 emails per day. Members who find that amount of email communication overwhelming can opt out of receiving emails, but can still send and view messages through their account at lists.uacdl.org.
Other Resources
