A two day seminar in Salt Lake City (and via Zoom)
April 29th-30th (Wednesday-Thursday)
One of the worst mistakes any defense attorney can make is assuming that they have all of the discovery. More often than not, if we aren’t pushing for discovery, we don’t have everything we need. If that surprises you, come to the seminar! We’ll talk about the discovery you should know to look for in a variety of cases.
This seminar will provide you with your full complement of CLE requirements for the 2026-2027 reporting period, pending approval: 12.0 CLE credits, including 1.0 ethics and 1.0 professionalism/civility (schedule subject to change)
@ 645 South 200 East, Salt Lake City
This CLE is all about discovery. Presenters include Matt Morrise on digital forensic discovery, Ben Miller on getting Brady material, Lindsey Jarvis and Greg Law on officer disciplinary records, Elise Lockwood on 14(b) subpoenas, Dain Smoland on understanding the contours of Rule 16, Kelly Shafto on cell phone data, Christina Sally on exploring officer bias in child sexual assault cases, and David Ferguson on effectively litigating discovery violations. Check back for details on speaker schedules.
