2026 Annual Seminar: Getting Discovery

A two day seminar in Salt Lake City (and via Zoom)

April 29th-30th (Wednesday-Thursday)

One of the worst mistakes any defense attorney can make is assuming that they have all of the discovery. More often than not, if we aren’t pushing for discovery, we don’t have everything we need. If that surprises you, come to the seminar! We’ll talk about the discovery you should know to look for in a variety of cases.

This seminar will provide you with your full complement of CLE requirements for the 2026-2027 reporting period, pending approval: 16.0 CLE credits, including 1.0 ethics and 1.0 professionalism/civility (schedule subject to change)
